Job Overview

A law firm seeks a real estate transactional associate in Portland. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience in general real estate, land use and permitting, and/or condominium association representation. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse real estate matters, including commercial real estate and financing transactions, project development, and zoning issues.

Duties

• Handle commercial real estate and financing transactions.
• Assist with project development and permitting processes.
• Advise on zoning matters and compliance issues.
• Represent condominium associations in governance and transactional matters.

Requirements

• Two to five years of relevant experience.
• Member in good standing of the Maine Bar or eligible for admission.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the Maine Bar.

Skills
