Duties

• Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, and trial preparation.



• Contribute to case strategy development and legal research for complex labor and employment matters.



• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.



• Collaborate with experienced litigators to support the growth of the practice group.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Labor & Employment or relevant litigation practice areas.



• Active member in good standing with the Colorado Bar.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.



• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in the State of Colorado.
