A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Newport Beach, CA. The firm focuses on business, real estate, finance, and trust matters. This role requires in-office work four days a week in the Orange County Airport area.

Duties

• Handle business, real estate, finance, and trust litigation matters.
• Represent both plaintiffs and defendants.
• Work on matters through various stages of litigation.
• Prepare and handle litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Assist with case strategy and preparation.
• Participate in trial preparation and, where applicable, trial proceedings.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of hands-on litigation experience.
• Experience handling business, real estate, finance, and/or trust cases.
• Experience with both plaintiff and defense matters is valuable.
• Trial experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
