Duties

Requirements

• Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlements and mediations.
• Active California Bar membership in good standing.
• Several years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas.
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
