The ideal candidate will advocate for accident victims, negotiate with insurance carriers, and resolve claims efficiently while maintaining strong client relationships.

Duties

• Evaluate and build cases by reviewing medical records, police reports, and liability evidence to assess value and determine early strategy.


• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and opposing counsel to secure maximum compensation for clients without unnecessary delay.


• Draft persuasive demand packages, settlement agreements, and legal documents that clearly present each client's story and damages.


• Partner with medical providers, accident reconstructionists, and economists to strengthen liability and damages arguments.


• Guide clients by explaining their rights and options in plain language, providing proactive updates, and responding promptly to inquiries.


• Research Arizona personal injury law, insurance coverage issues, and legal developments to inform case strategy.


• Maintain organized files and manage a high-volume docket, ensuring no deadlines are missed.


• Prepare thorough case handoffs for litigation and support settlement conferences when necessary.


 

Requirements

• Hold a J.D. from an accredited law school.


• Maintain an active license with the State Bar of Arizona in good standing.


• Demonstrate 1-3 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience.


• Exhibit solid knowledge of Arizona personal injury law, procedure, and insurance practices.


• Show strong negotiation skills with a proven record of resolving claims effectively.


• Display clear, confident writing and speaking abilities with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel.


• Practice excellent organization and time management while handling a high-volume caseload.


• Utilize legal research tools and case management software with proficiency.


 

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active license with the State Bar of Arizona, in good standing.
