A law firm seeks a mid-level associate for its Antitrust and Competition practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in law firms, government, or clerkships, supporting litigation and merger clearance matters.

Duties

• Support litigation and merger clearance aspects of antitrust practice.
• Handle domestic and cross-border antitrust and competition matters.
• Participate in government investigations and counseling.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Antitrust experience, particularly with second request investigations, preferred.
• Trial experience and/or an economics background is advantageous.

Education

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Member of the Bar in the United States.
