Duties

• Represent individuals, families, and businesses with professionalism and integrity.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case progress and outcomes.
• Manage casework, including drafting, research, negotiations, and court appearances.
• Prepare pleadings, legal memoranda, and correspondence.
• Maintain organized and compliant case files using firm systems.
• Build relationships within the local community through networking and involvement.
• Collaborate with support staff and other attorneys across the firm.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active Ohio Bar admission required.
• 3-5+ years of legal experience in general practice, transactional, or litigation.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in building a client base and community presence.
• Experience with legal technology such as Clio and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license for regional travel.
