A law firm seeks an experienced Associate to join its Florham Park, NJ office. Duties

• Lead and manage complex business litigation matters, overseeing all phases of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.



• Provide expert legal analysis and strategic counsel on a wide array of employment issues and business disputes.



• Draft comprehensive, well-reasoned opinion letters addressing complex legal questions related to employment and business matters.



• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies and provide informed client advice.



• Mentor and guide junior associates, contributing to a collegial and supportive team environment.



• Participate in business development initiatives and maintain strong, enduring client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of specific experience in business litigation and employment law.



• Active and in good standing Bar admission in New Jersey is required.



• Experience managing multifaceted cases from inception through resolution.



• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active New Jersey Bar admission.



• New York Bar admission (or willingness to waive in) is a plus.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $155,000 - $190,000 (or potentially higher depending upon qualifications).
