A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of three years of experience to join its Trusts & Estates practice in Boca Raton, FL. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated estate planning and administration within a collaborative environment, with involvement in the Boca Raton and/or West Palm Beach community.

Duties

• Handle sophisticated estate planning and estate/trust administration matters.
• Engage in high-net-worth trust and estate planning and administration.
• Collaborate with team members to develop tax-efficient family wealth transfer strategies.
• Participate actively in community involvement in Boca Raton and/or West Palm Beach.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in private client matters involving trusts and estates.
• Knowledge of Florida state and federal tax laws.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and develop creative solutions.
• Current member of the Florida state bar in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in Florida.
