Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Active membership in the New Mexico Bar.
• Proven track record in handling foreclosure and bankruptcy cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Mexico.
