Duties

• Conduct discovery and participate in courtroom proceedings while maintaining high standards of legal analysis.



• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and successful case outcomes.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience with courtroom and discovery exposure.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
