Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Energy and Natural Resources Associate in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience in oil and gas litigation, with a preference for exposure to environmental and regulatory litigation.

Duties

• Draft preliminary and dispositive motions and discovery responses.
• Manage document review and production projects of varying sizes.
• Assist in deposition preparation, both offensively and defensively.
• Demonstrate a strong desire to manage their own matters.

Requirements

• Active member of the Pennsylvania bar, or eligible to waive in or sit for the bar.
• Familiarity with oil and gas law and the industry in the Appalachian Basin.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
