Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.


• Manage discovery processes and conduct depositions.


• Appear in court for hearings and participate in trial preparation.


• Develop case strategy and collaborate with partners, clients, and experts.


 

Requirements

• Hold a J.D. from an accredited law school.


• Be licensed in Idaho or possess the ability to obtain admission to the Idaho bar.


• Demonstrate strong writing, research, and analytical skills.


• Exhibit a genuine interest in civil litigation and trial practice.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active Idaho bar license or eligibility for admission.
