• Negotiate settlements and agreements, showcasing strong advocacy skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in the State of New York.
• 4+ years of litigation experience, including general liability and insurance defense.
• Experience in product liability, toxic torts, or complex tort defense preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Legal project management experience is helpful.
