Duties

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions.
• Appear in court and before administrative or municipal bodies.
• Negotiate agreements and settlements.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case management.
• Participate in client development and firm initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in law with experience in real estate, business, and appellate matters.
• Knowledge of labor and employment law or related regulatory issues.
• Proven ability to provide strategic legal advice and risk assessment.
• Excellent research skills with precise application to complex fact patterns.
• Effective negotiation skills for settlements and client advocacy.
• Active license to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission preferred or willingness to obtain.
