The successful candidate will advise and represent clients on a wide range of employment matters, from compliance counseling to litigation in state and federal courts.

Duties

• Advise clients on employment law compliance and best practices.
• Represent clients in employment-related litigation.
• Collaborate with partners to develop client strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Washington State Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• 2-5 years of employment law experience in litigation, counseling, or both.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines independently.
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and client communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
