Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements.
• Serve as IP specialist for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Advise on IP and privacy issues.
• Draft and review license, development, and supplier agreements.
• Manage associated transactions across multiple offices.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in technology transactions.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple matters simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Background or interest in technology and emerging companies.
• Experience with software and open source software issues preferred.
• Experience in a large law firm environment preferred.
