A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on high-volume pre-litigation personal injury matters, primarily automotive cases, requiring strong leadership and case management skills.

Duties

• Handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, including drafting and filing necessary documents and managing the release approval process.



• Guide clients through the case process, complete liability approvals, and oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.



• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, driving compliance, KPIs, and the completion of EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.

Requirements

• Must be an active member in good standing with the Nevada State Bar Association.



• Demonstrate 2+ years of experience in personal injury law with the ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.



• Exhibit superior writing and oral advocacy skills, alongside excellent client service and communication abilities.



• Show strong leadership qualities and self-motivation, driven by long-term career goals within the firm.

Education

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Nevada State Bar Association membership.
