Duties

• Manage and assist with civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Represent various clients in a range of disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategy.
• Handle discovery, document review, depositions, and hearings.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout their matters.
• Manage deadlines and case files with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff for effective representation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
• 3-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Experience drafting substantive pleadings and motions.
• Ability to manage assignments independently.
• Excellent judgment and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills.
• Experience with Clio, Lexis+, e-file systems, and Microsoft Office preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
