• Conduct internal investigations of workplace misconduct.
• Draft employment policies, handbooks, and offer letters.
• Engage in collective bargaining and union member arbitration.
• Lead depositions, hearings, and mediations.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in employment litigation and counseling.
• Strong academic record and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with traditional labor matters is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications
