Duties

• Lead high-impact estate planning and probate matters from intake to resolution.
• Drive complex probate litigation, including guardianships and trust disputes.
• Represent clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and fiduciary breaches.
• Conduct legal research, handle depositions, and draft comprehensive estate plans.
• Provide expert counsel on wealth preservation and family transitions.

Requirements

• Valid Texas bar license for a minimum of 2 years in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship (5+ years preferred).
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage a busy docket.
• Experience in drafting trusts, wills, and pleadings with attention to detail.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

Skills

• Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, or similar software.
