A law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney in Los Angeles, CA, to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience in litigation and/or real estate/eminent domain law. Duties

• Represent clients in litigation matters, including real estate and eminent domain cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and manage discovery.
• Oversee cases from inception through resolution, including depositions and trial preparation.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within the legal team.

Requirements

• Minimum of three to five years' experience in litigation.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar license.

Skills

• Experience with public entity law is preferred but not required.
• Real estate and eminent domain experience is a plus.
• Strong case management skills.
