Duties

• Support Corporate and Tax groups on complex transactions.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a large law firm.
• Strong academic background.
• Interest in a collaborative, national practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New York or eligibility to waive in.
