Duties

• Independently manage and handle commercial and technology agreements with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions and licensing.
• Proven ability to independently manage client matters and handle complex agreements.
• Strong track record of supporting sophisticated licensing and strategic transactions.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution.
• Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is preferred.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
