Duties

• Support senior attorneys in all phases of M&A and investment transactions, including structuring, due diligence, negotiation, drafting, execution, closing, and post-closing integration.
• Conduct legal due diligence reviews and summarize findings for deal teams.
• Prepare initial drafts of transactional documents under attorney supervision.
• Perform legal research on regulatory, corporate governance, and antitrust considerations.
• Analyze legal and business risks in transactional matters and prepare research memoranda.
• Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing deal team.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of legal experience; experience in corporate transactions is a plus.
• Admission to practice law in Nebraska, or current eligibility for admission.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Certifications

• Admission to the Nebraska Bar or eligibility for admission.
