• Manage and execute litigation matters, including general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort cases.

Requirements

• Current and active New Jersey Bar membership in good standing.


• Up to seven years of litigation experience preferred, with a focus on New Jersey matters.


• Superior written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail.


• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic legal setting.


 

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.


 

Certifications

• Active New Jersey Bar license.


 

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).


• Experience with LexisNexis and case/file management systems.


• Ability to track billable hours accurately.
