Duties

• Manage a dynamic caseload from start to finish.
• Engage in courtroom, mediation, and deposition activities.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in civil/commercial litigation or healthcare negligence defense.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience in all litigation stages or a strong motivation to learn.
• Proactive, team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Admitted to practice in Kansas and eligible for admission in Missouri.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Kansas.
