Duties

• Represent financial services companies in disputes involving loan servicing practices and credit reporting.



• Manage multiple matters and competing deadlines while engaging directly with clients and opposing counsel.



• Conduct discovery and participate in courtroom proceedings under the guidance of senior attorneys.



• Collaborate within a supportive team to ensure effective communication and high-quality legal representation.

Requirements

• Three or more years of litigation experience in consumer financial services or related fields.



• Admission to practice and good standing in the state where the candidate will be based.



• California bar admission is preferred but not required.



• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.



• Strong academic credentials demonstrated through law school performance.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
