A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney in Terrell, TX. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional representation in family law matters, from initial strategy meetings to post-judgment client care. This role requires a Texas license and at least three years of family law litigation experience.

Duties

• Engage in strategy review sessions with clients to prepare a Case Plan.
• Communicate with clients to discuss options and strategies.
• Prepare family law documents, including petitions, responses, and affidavits.
• Prepare clients for hearings and trials.
• Attend hearings and trials.
• Draft legal documents for filing and necessary correspondence.
• Handle all aspects of assigned cases.
• Perform administrative duties, including filing and organizing files.
• Conduct legal research for specific issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree.
• Texas license required.
• Experience in family law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.)

Certifications

• Texas Bar License
