Duties

• Structure, draft, and negotiate intellectual property and commercial transactions.
• Work on intellectual property aspects of mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financings.
• Collaborate with a national team on multidisciplinary transactions.
• Train and mentor junior associates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in intellectual property transactions.
• Strong interest in technology companies and commercial transactions.
• Superior academic credentials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Digital health experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
