Duties

• Litigate cases as part of a team, including conducting court appearances, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft legal opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers.
• Communicate directly with clients, providing timely updates, legal insights, and strategic guidance throughout the case lifecycle.

Requirements

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 7+ years of litigation and/or insurance coverage experience.
• JD degree with excellent academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
