Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate software and SaaS agreements.
• Manage data licensing and use agreements.
• Handle cloud services and professional services agreements.
• Negotiate strategic collaboration agreements.
• Advise on digital health products and services.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Knowledge of privacy and data security laws, including HIPAA.
• Experience with health technology and AI matters preferred.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar where admitted.
