Duties

• Prepare and attend court appearances within reasonable travel distance.

• Communicate with consumers, their employers, and attorneys to resolve accounts.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in Washington; additional state licenses are welcomed.
• Ability to appear in court on time using personal transportation.
• Willingness to travel; reimbursement provided per IRS mileage rates.
• Strong multitasking, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
