A law firm seeks a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex intellectual property litigation cases and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Duties

• Lead and manage IP litigation cases from inception through trial and appeal.
• Serve as the primary advocate in court and administrative proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with technical experts and clients to build strong cases.
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff in litigation matters.
• Stay current on developments in IP law and litigation trends.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in intellectual property litigation with significant trial experience.
• Admission to the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the State of Ohio Bar (other state registrations considered).
• Strong analytical and writing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters efficiently and independently.
• Competent in legal research and document management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Portable book of business preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
• Admission to the State of Ohio Bar.
