Duties

• Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously from inception through resolution.



• Handle cases independently, demonstrating exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.



• Participate in depositions and courtroom proceedings as needed.



• Collaborate with a collegial team on sophisticated, high-profile legal matters.

Requirements

• At least four years of employment litigation experience.



• Admitted to practice in California.



• Ability to independently manage cases through all phases of litigation.



• Strong project management skills and capacity to handle multiple matters.

Education

• Outstanding academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.

• Strong advocacy and courtroom presence.



• Effective project management and organizational capabilities.



• Deposition and trial experience preferred.
