This role involves managing a diverse caseload including family law, estate planning, guardianship, and probate matters for a leading regional practice.

Duties

• Manage and handle a full caseload of family law, estate planning, guardianship, and probate matters.



• Represent clients in litigation and trial proceedings, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy skills.



• Provide compassionate legal counsel while maintaining high standards of professional conduct and client service.



• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and timely resolution of legal issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of legal experience, with family law and trial experience strongly recommended.



• Three years of preferred litigation experience to handle complex contested matters effectively.



• Member in good standing with The Florida Bar.



• Ability to work independently as a self-starter while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills

• Working knowledge of Family Law, Estate Planning, Guardianship, and Probate procedures.



• Strong multi-tasking abilities with a focus on organization and attention to detail.
