Duties

• Negotiate, draft, and close various agreements including Engineering Services, Equipment Purchase, and EPC Agreements.
• Collaborate with partners and clients on energy project development work.
• Support clients ranging from early-stage developers to global infrastructure funds.
• Manage complex transactions involving energy projects and facilities.

Requirements

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in Georgia or New York.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an AMLAW100 firm or large corporate law environment.
• Experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong project development law background.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• License to practice law in Georgia or New York.
