Duties

• Manage caseload independently and meet filing deadlines.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice in New York and in good standing with the state bar.
• 2-8 years of experience in workers' compensation claims or insurance defense.
• Familiarity with NYS Workers' Compensation Law and regulations.
• Experience with WCB hearings, medical depositions, and drafting appeals.
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ethical judgment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in New York.
