Duties

• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis, Westlaw, and other sources; analyze procedural law and prepare legal documents.
• Draft contracts, pleadings, motions, and organize case files; maintain accurate case-management records.
• Support litigation processes, including discovery, depositions, trial preparation, and client communication.
• Assist in legal negotiations, settlements, and client advocacy.
• Provide legal counsel in areas such as estate planning, environmental, immigration, and more.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active law license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, drafting, negotiation, and client communication.
• Experience in a law office or legal administration; litigation and case management experience is beneficial.
• Preferred experience in personal injury or employment law, and familiarity with depositions and trial preparation.
• Experience in one or more specified practice areas is advantageous.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
