Job Overview
A law firm seeks a mid-level Regulatory Investigations, Strategy & Enforcement Associate in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with State Attorneys General and be eager to advise on complex regulatory enforcement matters.
Duties
- Respond to civil investigative demands (CIDs).
- Coordinate and engage in multistate investigations.
- Negotiate resolutions in regulatory matters.
- Advise clients on internal investigations and related litigation.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with State AG offices.
Requirements
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with State Attorneys General preferred.
- Strong writing skills and publication record.
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence and work.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Certifications
- Bar admission in relevant state.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
