Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as a Registered Funds Attorney.
• Strong knowledge of securities laws and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in ethical use of artificial intelligence technologies preferred.

Education

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
