Duties

• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of business immigration legal points and developments.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level clients.
• Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients, ensuring quality and risk management.
• Lead projects and immigration cases from start to finish.
• Allocate resources and responsibilities to ensure project success.
• Develop strategic plans to strengthen client relationships.
• Anticipate market changes and provide intelligence to team and clients.
• Lead continuous improvement processes for team efficiency and quality.
• Identify and engage in business development opportunities.
• Manage or collaborate on client presentations and meetings.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Associates and staff.
• Ensure compliance with firm protocols and standards.
• Develop a network of relationships within the firm.

Requirements

• U.S. JD or LLM required.
• Member of a U.S. State bar or Washington DC bar association.
• 8+ years of experience at Associate level.
• Expertise in immigration law.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedication to exceptional client service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM)

Certifications

• Bar membership in a U.S. State or Washington DC
