Duties

• Participate as a key member of the litigation team handling diverse legal matters.
• Engage in non-litigation work involving regulatory and administrative law issues.
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients to impact projects from the outset.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in federal and state regulatory and administrative law litigation.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Admitted to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction; preference for Colorado or California.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in court hearings, trials, and discovery matters.
