Duties

• Draft and review purchase and sale agreements and leases.
• Oversee title and survey review processes.
• Manage real estate transactions from LOI to closing.
• Prepare title objection letters and closing documents.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Tennessee or Illinois.
• Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
• Experience with real estate financings and municipal finance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Tennessee or Illinois.
