Duties

• Advise clients on complex disputes and litigation processes.

• Engage in contract negotiation and transactional advising.
• Participate in trial preparation and advocacy.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Admitted to practice in DC; admission in MD and VA is a plus.
• Trial and/or construction law experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Washington, DC.
