Duties

• Handle divorce, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and child support modifications.
• Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in family law or civil litigation with a desire to transition to family law.
• Experience with depositions, discovery motions, mediations, and client interactions preferred.
• Trial experience is a plus.
• Expertise in analyzing and drafting briefs for complex family law issues.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate with team members.
• Client-focused mindset and passion for successful outcomes.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active admission to the California State Bar required.
