Duties

• Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including construction disputes, from inception through resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda, and manage all discovery processes.
• Oversee case development, including preparing for depositions and trial proceedings.
• Collaborate effectively with the legal team while managing multiple matters independently in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation practice.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with the ability to draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases efficiently under pressure.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of California.

Skills

• Experience with construction law is a plus.
• Experience with public entity law is preferred but not required.
• Strong case management and organizational abilities
