Duties

• Provide privacy and product compliance counseling.
• Engage in tech and data transactions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts.
• Advise on AdTech and digital media transactions.
• Counsel on data breach incidents.
• Develop internal data protection programs.
• Conduct privacy assessments and build data maps.
• Draft privacy policies and negotiate data processing agreements.
• Manage data incident responses.
• Advise on high-risk privacy issues, including AI and biometric data.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Experience with digital advertising technology and AI-related legal matters.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex matters across jurisdictions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• California State Bar membership.
