Duties

• Meet with clients to discuss case details, demonstrating empathy and building trust while keeping them informed of claim status.



• Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, and settlement offers to negotiate favorable resolutions.



• Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings when necessary to achieve maximum compensation.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation with a proven track record of case management.



• Member of the Florida Bar in good standing with the ability to practice law independently.



• Strong ability to evaluate claims and utilize superb negotiation skills to resolve disputes efficiently.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Florida.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.



• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
