• Duties

• Requirements
• Strong background in transactional tax law with a proven track record.
• Experience with partnerships and/or REITs is highly preferred.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Certifications
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
